Someone closely monitored, coached on what to say, unable to leave freely.

A traveler who appears controlled, fearful, or unable to speak for themselves.

TRUCK STOPS & GAS STATIONS

Minors present at unusual hours, someone appearing scared or controlled, moving between vehicles.

AT HOME

Sudden behavior changes, secretive relationships, unexplained gifts, withdrawal from friends or family.
